Clinical Applications Specialist (Anesthesia/CC) - Central Region

Position Overview: This position is responsible for providing and overseeing pre-sales and post-sales product application support and training for Maquet Critical Care Anesthesia customers and sales representatives. Position will work in a matrixed sales and support environment (teamed with an assigned sales representative and field service representative) to meet all customer and business requirements. The territory for this position will cover 16 states in the Midwest portion of the United States, but candidates should live in either of these metropolitan areas: St. Louis (MO), Detroit (MI), Indianapolis (IN), Columbus/Cleveland (OH), or Chicago (IL).

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and technical product support (Pre- and Post-Sales) for Maquet Critical Care Customers
• Provide customer support &training during initial clinical application process
• Document all sales demonstrations and clinical support applications and events within territory and assigned product area
• Provide sales team with product expertise, assisting with clinical evaluations and evaluation of customer requirements
• Provide follow-up support for customers in the form of additional training, software upgrades, or accessory products as needed
• Provide phone support as needed for customers

Position Requirements:

• No less than 5 years relevantsales or clinical support experience in Anesthesia, Ventilation, orRespiratoryTherapy
• Undergraduate degree and/or clinical certification relevant to one of aforementioned areas
• Preference is that candidateslive in one of the following four Metropolitan Areas: St Louis, Missouri; Chicago, Illinois; Detroit, Michigan;Columbus/Cleveland, OH; or Indianapolis, Indiana.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly demanding environment
• Excellentpresentation skills
